At Harvexiq S.A.S. (“Harvexiq”, “we”) we handle your personal data under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 and its supplementary regulations. This policy explains what information we collect, what we use it for and which controls you have.
1. Data we collect
We only collect the data you need to give us to operate the site and answer your queries: name, email, form message and basic technical data (truncated IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not ask for ID number, tax ID or financial data through the public site.
2. Purpose of the processing
We use your data to answer your query, contact you about relevant projects, measure site performance in aggregate and comply with legal obligations or requirements from a competent authority.
3. Legal basis
We rely on the free, express and informed consent you give when you send the form, together with our legitimate interest in keeping the site operational and secure.
4. Whom we share data with
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers that support us (hosting, transactional email, analytics), always under confidentiality and purpose limitation agreements. If an Argentine judicial requirement demands it, we will comply with the applicable framework.
5. Retention period
We keep the form data for a maximum of 24 months from your last interaction, unless a legal obligation requires longer periods.
6. ARCO rights and updates
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data. Write to privacidad@harvexiq.com and we’ll respond within 10 business days. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory body.
7. Minors
The site is aimed at people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes to this policy
When we update this policy we publish the corresponding date at the top. If the change affects substantial points and we have your email, we will notify you.
